Data deletion
Request removal of personal data we hold about you.
Under our Privacy Policy and Meta’s platform terms, you can ask us to delete personal data associated with our services. This page is the primary place to do that. If you use a Facebook or Meta app that connects to us, Meta may also notify us automatically — see Meta’s data deletion callback documentation.
Option A — Request here (any channel)
Submit the form below. We will confirm by email when possible and delete or anonymize data that is not required to be retained (for example billing records where the law requires retention).
Option B — Facebook / Meta automated callback
When a user removes our Meta-connected app and requests data deletion, Meta POSTs a signed payload to the callback URL below. We verify the signature, log the app-scoped user identifier, and return a status URL and confirmation code as required by Meta.

A normal browser GETreturns a short HTML page (so Meta's URL checker accepts the field). Meta still sends POST with signed_request for real deletion requests. Append ?format=json to this URL for a JSON description.
In the Meta App Dashboard, set Data Deletion Request URL to this address. Set App Secret in your server environment as META_APP_SECRET so we can verify signed_request.
Option C — Email
Email info@velocitythinking.com from the address you used with us, with subject line “Data deletion,” and describe what you would like removed.
