Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 11, 2026 · Velocity Thinking
This policy describes how Velocity Thinking (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit https://velocitythinking.com or contact us. If you use a Facebook or Meta product feature that connects to our services, the data deletion page explains how to request removal of associated data.
What we collect
- Website and analytics. We may collect standard server and analytics data (for example pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referrer) through our hosting and analytics providers when enabled.
- Forms and email. When you submit a form (for example Instant Blueprint or data deletion), we process the fields you provide (such as email address and message content) to respond or fulfill the request.
- Third-party sign-in. If we offer social or SSO sign-in, the provider shares profile details according to their terms and your consent settings.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and services;
- Respond to inquiries and fulfill requests you initiate;
- Comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing or operational logs may be retained in aggregated or minimized form.
Your choices
- Access and correction. Email info@velocitythinking.com from the address you used with us, and describe what you need.
- Deletion. Use our data deletion request page or email info@velocitythinking.com with subject line “Data deletion.”
- Meta / Facebook. If you connected a Meta app to us, you can also remove the app from your Facebook settings; our automated callback is documented on the data deletion page.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where we or our subprocessors operate.
